Top Considerations When Making Sports Tees

By Ruthie Calderon

People have this tendency to ride along the trend and wear stuff which they feel like they are a part of. Aside from displaying their identity, they can feel like they are showing some sort of loyalty to whoever is the subject of what they wear. One good example would be those sports related items that are worn by fans. By wearing something that symbolizes a particular team, he or she is identifying himself as part of those who like the group.

People start to wear items that are identifiers of their favorite team or player. If you look around the market today, you will see just how prolific it has become. Portland sports tees are items that have been popular for a long time already and are continually gaining more attentions especially for the fans of the best teams in the city.

There should not be much of a problem when it comes to looking for a good maker of the shirt. There are many affordable printing stores out there if you only look enough. They cater customization opportunities where you get to decide how you would like the shirt to look like. Here are some of the things that you can consider when you make your own design.

Shirt color. All sport teams have their official colors. And if you want to add credibility on what you have, then you should go for the same color that they have. If however you like it to be personal and do not like the official color of the team that you love, then you can always go for what you prefer.

Text. This is where you decide the words, or any text that you would want to print on the shirt. It could be anything. Most common ones are names of professional sport teams. Some also include their own names to show ownership. Think of the text and consider the part of the tee where you want to print them.

Print color. You cannot just go on deciding this without being clear about the shirt color that you have. The print will have to be a match to the shirt. Otherwise, the appeal may look negative. Common example would be a white print against black and yellow against red. Experiment on different colors.

Other design items. This can mean a lot of different things. This could be images, logos, and all other elements of design that you would like to print on the shirts. To stay relevant, be sure to include details which are related to the specific sport that you like. Designs should never be too many that it will already start to become a distraction.

Quality of the cloth. To ensure durability, it will be of great help if you spend some time looking for the best cloths for the shirts. Will those shiny or silky ones be better or will cotton be more appropriate. The quality of it may impact the paint once it is printed. Choose something that you feel comfortable wearing.

Do not hesitate to share your ideas to the maker. You can ask them to do it for you. However, if they refuse, do not force them as well. Instead, find more options which are capable of delivering what you need.
